Baltic MR Moissanite - Roulette - Limited Edition

The MR Moissanite was meant to be a one-off. As Jas - our designer - puts it, that watch is all about tension: high & low, refined and in-your-face, dressy and irreverent at the same time. The design inspiration is rooted in the classical elegance of the 1940s remixed with the opulent creativity of the 70s. Form took over function, design was bold and maximalist. This isn’t a luxury watch nor is it pretending to be. Jas hijacked the concept with his own narrative, putting together a watch which shouldn’t exist. Backed by Andrea Casalagno and his community, the MR Moissanite came to life, no just as a proof of concept but as an actual production watch. Part watch part jewelry, it is a statement of confidence and a symbol of taste. This final edition comes as a flamboyant tribute to the MR. The collection, in its current form, will bow out after four years of existence, seing an update in the future.

MOISSANITE BEZEL

Unmissable, baguette-cut stones found their way to the bezel. These gems, carved out of moissanite, are the closest alternative to diamonds. Lab grown, moissanite is the next best thing when it comes to hardness and brilliance. They bring refinement without being ostentatious. Two glossy black dial complement the gem-set bezel. In its Classic form, the glossy dial and polished numerals blend with the sparkling stones while adding depth. The brushed sector in the Roulette’s dial splits the shine, bringing contrast between the glossy base and shiny bezel.
