At Time+Tide Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury timepiece. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in unworn, original condition.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our concierge team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the watch in its original presentation box, including all protective films, manuals, warranty cards, and any promotional gifts received with the purchase.
Ship with Insurance
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking and insurance purposes.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
